Return and Refund Policy for Famagusta Napa Boat Cruises

Cancellation by Company: If a cruise is canceled by Famagusta Napa Boat due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the guests. The refund will be processed using the original method of payment.

No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to show up for their scheduled cruise will be charged the full price of the booking. No refunds will be issued for no-shows under any circumstances.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed promptly after the cancellation has been confirmed. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
